We hope that you have been able to stay safe and well during the pandemic.
For our part, we have strictly adhered to government guidance and implemented Covid-secure measures to protect the health and wellbeing of staff in our factory and offices.
Throughout the UK’s lockdowns, we have managed to maintain production without any downtime, and we are grateful for the support of our staff and supply chain in achieving this. Our Service department has also been fully operational; providing in-house and on-site installation, calibration, maintenance and repair operations to ensure that customers’ processes have been able to continue working efficiently and safely.
Thankfully, Covid infection rates are in decline and the vaccination programme is going well, so many businesses, including Signal, are planning for a ramp up of activity. We are therefore pleased to confirm that not only are we here to help and support customers with current or future gas analysis requirements; we also have a number of exciting developments that we will roll out in the next few months. You may have noticed, for example, some recent radical enhancements to the capability of our latest gas analysers.
The next development is the launch of a new website, which provides more comprehensive and easier access to information on our products, technologies and applications. We have also started to create informational videos that are being integrated into the website and our YouTube channel. We hope that you will find them useful, and if you have any suggestions for new videos, please let us know!
Finally, with the current travel restrictions, we are unable to meet customers but we would of course be delighted to ‘meet’ by phone, e-mail or Teams meetings.
