    Having recently exhibited at AQE in Birmingham Signal Group will also be exhibiting at CEM and CEM Middles East next year. Exhibitions are an excellent way to showcase the last technology as well as networking with new and existing clients. We know they are costly, so Signal Group are to here to support you. Whether with collateral such as brochures and give aways, demo stock that can be loaned out (as everyone like to get hands on) or expert personnel to support your event Signal are here to help. 2024 has highlighted our commitment to distributors and have supported partners at events in Korea, Thailand, India, Italy, Germany, France and the US. What are you plans for 2025 and how can we help?

Our customer purchased Signal Group’s latest fixed, heated FID, the S4 SOLAR, and we needed a little help with setup and commissioning because the customer wanted to calibrate his device with a special gas rather than propane. We therefore contacted Signal and they were able to log into the analyser remotely and quickly changed the analyser settings. Following this amendment, the analyser was operational in no time. As a result, the customer was delighted and said that Signal’s remote diagnostic capability was a very pleasant surprise!
