Signal Trace Heated Line is designed to convey hot exhaust gases from sample points and probes to analyser, without compromising sample integrity.
With safety a major consideration the tough, flexible line is electrically isolated from the main supply and is thermally insulated to allow handling even at full temperature.

200SM Series Cooler/Dryer
1, 2 or 3 channels
The 200SM Series of 19" rack mounting cooler dryers remove water vapour from Stack and Exhaust Emission gases, before analysis by ambient analysers.
Errors due to water interference are removed and condensation is prevented from occurring inside the analysers.
The unit is based on a solid state Peltier cooler element with a continuous peristaltic pump which removes the unwanted water.

AS80
Air Purifier
The Model AS80 catalytic air purifier is designed to provide an inexpensive source of clean, zero-grade air for flame ionization detectors (FID).
The unit removes all hydrocarbons, including methane, down to 0.1% of original level. Up to 10 FID units can be run from one unit.
The AS80 contains a high temperature furnace containing alumina pellets coated in platinum. this oxidizes all combustible compounds to CO2 and H2O.
The unit can completely remove methane at rates of up to 5 l/min high efficiency and up to 20 l/min medium efficiency.

Model 361 / 362
Heated Pump, Distribution & Pre-filter module
A medium duty heated pre-filter unit is installed in the 19" Rack housing of the analysers.
The Prefilter is fitted with a choice of either one (Model 361) or two (Model 362) filter streams (for either two sample points, pre/post cat or twin cells).
The units incorporate a heated head sample pump, gas distribution needle valve manifold, back pressure regulator, The unit provides 3 heated outputs and 1 cold output to a chiller or cooler/dryer.
Model 340
Distibution Oven Heated Unit
The Model 340 Distribution Oven is designed to distribute hot, sample gas throughout the gas analyser system, the comprises a temperature controlled oven assembly, housing a particulate filter and needle-valve manifold arrangement.
Filter removal and needle-valve adjustment is easily achieved via the front panel, enabling individual flow control to three outlet ports.
Sample gas pressure is displayed on the front panel and a thermocouple socket on the rear panel allows sample temperature to be monitored.

Model 340F
Standard Heated Filtration Unit
The Model 340F is designed as a Standard Heated Filtration Unit for gas samples controlled up to 190 deg C and is available as a Single Stream or Dual Stream (2 singles).
The control temperature is displayed on the front panel and a thermocouple socket on the rear panel allows sample temperature to be externally monitored.
